Information we use

• Account identity, business contact and access-role information.
• Campaign briefs, brand assets, approvals, files and publishing plans supplied by you.
• Channel profile, post, performance and comment data only after an authorized person connects a provider account.

How it is used

We use this information to operate your workspace, produce approved content, schedule or publish authorized posts, display results and support your account. We do not sell connected-channel data.

Access and safeguards

Workspace access is role-based. Client members are limited to their own brand. Provider credentials are kept server-side and are not displayed in the browser.

Retention and deletion

Campaign records are retained while needed to provide the service and maintain production history. You may request deletion of a connected account or workspace data through your account manager, subject to records we must reasonably retain for active work or legal obligations.

Service providers

Connected platforms process data under their own policies. Kinetix Studio uses hosting, storage and authentication services to operate the workspace.
